1. Introduction

The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our" / "Company" / "DG Equal Side" individually and collectively refer to BS Teknology Private Limited, and the terms "You" / "Your" / "Yourself" / "Client" / "Customer" refer to the users of the DG Equal Side mobile application ("the App").

This page states the Terms and Conditions under which you may use the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

BS Teknology Private Limited reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. You should revisit this page periodically to review the latest version, which is binding on all users.

2. Use of Content

All logos, brands, marks, headings, labels, names, signatures, numerals, shapes, or any combinations thereof appearing in this App, except as otherwise noted, are properties owned or licensed by the Company and/or its associates.

The use of these properties or any other content on this App, except as permitted under these Terms, is strictly prohibited. You may not sell, modify, reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the materials for any public or commercial purpose without prior written permission from BS Teknology Private Limited.

3. Acceptable Use

Security Rules

• Access data not intended for you or log into a server/account without authorization.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network without authorization.
• Interfere with service to any user, host, or network including submitting a virus, overloading, "flooding," or "crashing."
• Send unsolicited emails, promotions, or advertisements.

General Rules

• Encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or violate applicable law.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
• Post libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful material.

4. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BS Teknology Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

5. Limitation of Liability

Neither DG Equal Side nor its group companies, directors, officers, or employees shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the App.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the App.
• Any other matter relating to the App or services.

In no event shall the Company’s total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for using the App.

6. Governing Law

Any legal action or proceedings arising out of this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
